Making a picture from the Internet your wallpaper.

* Right click a picture on the Internet and select Set as Wallpaper from the menu.
* The programs automatically will set this picture as the wallpaper.
* To change the settings (tile, center, etc...), right-click the desktop and click the Background tab.
* Now you can change the settings of the background
