Creating My Computer and Network Neighborhood toolbars.

Windows 98 allows you to create Desktop toolbars from your My Computer 95MYCOMPUTER.GIF (458 bytes) and Network Neighborhood icons. To do this, simply drag either of the two icons to one of the 4 screen edges.
