A safe way to clean out unnecessary files. You may wish to clear out some unnecessary files in Windows NT 4.0 to save disk space or for any other reason. But before you do, make sure to be very cautious while in the root folder (Usually C:\\). There may be vital information that, if deleted, may cause problems for your system.
